Added a Feedback option — in the sidebar on desktop, as Send feedback in the mobile menu, and as a card in Settings. Tell the team about a bug or an idea without leaving Snapie. Guests can send feedback too, and it goes straight to the team's issue tracker.

The first page of the home feed is now prepared on the server, so posts appear straight away instead of after a loading screen, and the home page downloads less JavaScript before it can show anything.

Fixed Snapie Quest and Snapie Blast's end-of-run screen sometimes hiding the Save Score button on phones — a short/narrow screen could squeeze the game frame down until the button fell outside its fixed-size box and couldn't be reached at all. It now scrolls into view instead.

Added a fullscreen option to Snapie Quest and Snapie Blast, with a best-effort landscape lock on phones that support it.

Fixed the new fullscreen mode cutting off the bottom of the game on landscape phones — the game canvas now scales to fit the actual screen height instead of assuming there's always enough room.

Snapie Quest is now live! A retro pixel-art platformer built right into Snapie — play through multiple stages, inhale enemies to steal their powers (Spit Star, Jet Hover, Fire Breath, Spike Dash), and rack up a high score. Every run you save converts your score into Snapie Points (10% conversion: 10,000 points = 10 Snapie Points). New Games section in the sidebar.

Fixed the "connect your wallet" prompt always saying "Active key required" no matter what actually needed signing — it now correctly names the key an action needs (posting or active), so claiming rewards, voting, or commenting no longer looks like it needs the same thing a transfer or power-up does.

Fixed a post's comment section sometimes not scrolling far enough on mobile to reach the last comment's reply button — most noticeable when a post had just one comment, since that put the reply button right at the point the bottom nav bar was quietly covering it, with no way to scroll further to reveal it.

A pasted SoundCloud, Spotify, or other embed can no longer auto-play — even if the embed code you copied had autoplay turned on, Snapie now strips that out so playback always waits for a visitor to press play themselves.

Fixed the Snaps feed silently stopping mid-scroll after a tab had been open a long time (backgrounded, laptop sleep, a flaky connection) — a stalled request could get stuck forever instead of failing, quietly locking up further loading with nothing to retry it. It now gives up on a stuck request after a while so scrolling can pick back up.

The Snaps feed, a post's comments, and a profile's Snaps tab no longer keep every scrolled-past item sitting in memory forever — only what's actually near your screen stays loaded, which keeps long scrolling sessions fast instead of gradually bogging down. Also fixed a post's own comments not loading more on scroll in some cases.

Fixed the payout next to a vote sometimes staying stuck at $0.00 even though the heart showed as voted — the two were computed independently, and if it happened to vote before some pricing data had finished loading in the background, the payout estimate silently gave up instead of waiting for it.

Votes and payouts on the Snaps feed and your profile's Snaps tab now catch up to reality: casting a vote quietly re-syncs that Snap with the chain a few seconds later (picking up anyone else's votes too), clicking Home while already home pulls fresh data instead of just resetting the view, and a new "back to top" button appears once you've scrolled a while — tap it to jump up and refresh at the same time.

Fixed a Snap sometimes showing votes but a $0.00 payout even when you never voted on it yourself — a Snap now quietly re-syncs with the chain the moment it scrolls into view, not just when you interact with it, so payouts stay accurate as you scroll.

Fixed muting or blacklisting someone not actually taking effect until you reloaded — sometimes for up to a day. The muted-accounts list wasn't being refreshed right after the mute went through, so their posts kept showing up everywhere in the meantime.

Shorts and Notifications now respect your mutes too — a muted or community-muted account's videos no longer show up in Shorts, and their replies/votes no longer show up in your notifications. Muting from a Short now also removes their other videos from your feed immediately.

Fixed no way to get back to the rest of the app from Shorts on mobile — added a back button, since Shorts hides the usual header and bottom nav to stay full-screen.

Fixed Muted Tags not being respected on Trending, For You, and the Right Sidebar's Long Reads — a post carrying a hashtag you'd muted could still show up on those, even though it was already working correctly everywhere else.

Fixed the Snap composer's cursor visually landing in the wrong spot once your post grew past a few lines — new keystrokes still went to the right place under the hood, but the highlighted text on screen quietly stopped scrolling with them, making it look like the cursor had jumped.

An image that fails to load in a post (dead link, or a browser/ad-blocker refusing to fetch it) now shows "Image failed to load" with a link to open it directly, instead of just silently disappearing with no explanation.

Profiles now show account badges — the same PeakD-style badges (Bumble Bee, Trusted Delegate, community and verification badges, etc.) you may already hold on Hive, with a tooltip explaining each one and a link to learn more.

New Points Roulette — burn Snapie Points for a shot at 2x, 3x, or a rare 5x jackpot. The odds are shown up front, and most spins lose everything — that's the game. Find it in Settings → Snapie Points.

Fixed the "pending rewards" banner sometimes staying up after you'd already claimed — if you claimed from another device or app, the banner's own reward check was stuck waiting on its next 5-minute refresh instead of noticing the moment you visited your wallet.

Fixed the blog composer's cursor jumping to the wrong spot (or eating what you just typed) right after clicking a toolbar button like Bold/Italic, or accepting an @mention suggestion — the cursor was being put back a beat too late, so typing right after either action could race it.

Fixed opening a Snap's comments sometimes spinning forever ("Loading snaps...") and hammering the network with repeated requests — a recent Muted Tags change was quietly rebuilding the comment-fetch function on every unrelated settings refresh across the page, instead of only when your muted tags actually changed.

Fixed video uploads silently stalling on mobile when using Snapie Auth — a race where the upload could start just before your session finished loading now fails fast with a clear message instead of stalling forever with nothing to show for it.

Fixed video uploads that appeared to finish but never actually played — we were treating "bytes finished sending" as "video ready," when 3Speak still needed to process it afterward. Now we wait for confirmation it's actually playable before calling it done, and show a clear message if processing is taking unusually long.

Fixed larger video uploads failing on Android — picking a video from your gallery only makes a limited portion of it reliably readable, enough for short clips but not longer ones. We now scrub through the entire video first to make sure all of it is accessible before reading it into memory and uploading.

Fixed the root cause of Android video upload failures — the video picker now requests a proper, persistent permission to read the file instead of the temporary one Android was only partly honoring for larger files. Falls back to the previous behavior on browsers that don't support the newer picker.

Fixed 3Speak videos sometimes embedding with the wrong link, or duplicating across the page — a labeled link (like "Watch on 3speak.tv") was being force-converted into a video player instead of staying a plain link.

Fixed livestream comments with a timestamp (3Speak's "said at 00:42 during the live stream" replies) rendering as broken, duplicated video players instead of plain text with a clickable timestamp link.

Fixed the blog composer eating keystrokes — typing (including the space bar) silently did nothing after a recent change.

The snap composer's meme button now reads "MEME" instead of a smiley icon, so it's no longer mistaken for an emoji picker — and there's now an actual emoji picker right next to it.

Your home feed now shows a banner when you have pending rewards to claim — with the exact amount, and a direct link to your wallet. Dismissible, and it only comes back once there's something new to claim.

Pending Rewards now sits right at the top of your wallet, above your account balance — since that's usually why you opened it.

Added quick "what is this?" explanations in your wallet for the more confusing stuff — Liquid HIVE, HBD, Convert, Swap, and Delegate.

Fixed chat read receipts (and typing indicators) getting permanently stuck for conversations with usernames containing a dot.

Chat unread badges are smarter now — public channels only notify you when someone mentions you or replies to you, not on every single message.

Replying to a Snap no longer reloads your whole feed — your reply shows up instantly and you stay right where you were scrolled to.

Wallet actions (Send, Power Up, Swap, Savings, and more) now show your available balance and a MAX button, so you don't have to close the window to go check.

Fixed Snapie Points not being awarded for votes on Snaps and Shorts — voting on a blog post always worked, but the app's two most common feeds were silently missing it.

Fixed Shorts showing an empty feed — the video service it was pulling from had moved to a new address.

New "vote the daily Snaps post" nudge in the sidebar — a bigger payout on that post means bigger reward payouts for everyone’s replies, on every Hive frontend.
